We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to help with a variety of administrative and accounting functions to assist the co-founders and leadership team.

Job responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily office duties, including managing staff calendars, publishing meeting minutes, making travel arrangements, and general office management
  • Responsible for basic accounting tasks, such as generating invoices/receipts, and paying invoices and tracking expenses
  • Provide sales administrative support for the Student Admissions Team and the Placement Services Team
  • Assist with HR related tasks, including tracking staff employment milestone dates, MPF and Insurance paperwork, and work visa applications

Job Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese will be a plus
  • Responsible, well organized
  • Good command of PC software (e.g. MS Office, Excel) and typing skills (Chinese & English word processing)
  • Immediate available is highly preferable


Equity part is negotiable.

Salary range / month :  Negotiable
