Wantedly is a Tokyo-based HR Tech startup founed in 2010 with the mission to create a world where work meets passion. Our social networking platform allows users to discover companies which share their passion and vision.

2. What are the two most important traits you look for in new teammate.

Willing to learn, always looking for improvement in doing things better and more efficiently 

3. Tell us three unique things about your company culture

“A strong organizational structure” includes “a technology like no other”; “a decision-making process”; and, “work-style” which we call culture.

5.    What excites you about your company’s future?

We as Wantedly want to create a world where people genuinely believe “work should be fun” as a mission to achieve by the end of 2017. We want to focus on not a trend that only lasts for one or two years, but something that becomes our social infrastructure.
