We won a number of awards, incubation programs and got a bit of PR. Also got some chances to speak which are all helpful. Still learning to improve on SEM, SEO and content marketing though
The vision that we are improving people's lives, job by job. Users can store their work records and ratings on our app to get more upward movements. We have users now working everyday on our platform to augment their quality of life. They are either students or mothers and can't have a fixed working schedule hence a flexible employment model is exactly what they need.
Not sure that we are growing the team too quickly. It's hard to get good talents so we'd rather hire early before we are really short-staffed. (Though we are already short-staffed since there are only two of us.)
Convenience (especially with dealing with government organizations.) Challenge is convincing investors that it's OK to start first with HK, win here and then go regional and global.
