Freelance/ contractor - digital community and customer service specialist

We are looking for a Freelancer to join our international team of digital professionals. We're looking for someone who is tech-savvy, self-motivated, hard working and passionate about cultural exchange and the travel community. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you! We manage a fast growing social network website showcasing travel and working holiday opportunities around the world.
Duties will involve:
Responding to users questions via email and live chat communication tool
Reviewing and updating internal database by reviewing and editing back-end listings, email correspondence and communications with clients
Liaising with other overseas team members at all levels
Updating internal databases
Core skills required:
Minimum 3 year previous work experience in digital admin, customer services or other related fields.
Excellent computer skills and able to work independently
Good command of both spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge and interest in foreign cultures;
Attention to detail and good self - organisation skills
- Occasional work weekend (with days off if weekend worked)
Please note this is a Freelance role, as such you must be either a HK Permanent resident or a HK Dependant visa holder. We cannot sponsor Visas or work permits.
