We are looking for a proactive individual to assist in our Accounts Department. We need an organised and detail oriented individual to assist in activities related to cash and credit management, maintaining accurate accounts and providing financial analysis to management.
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Assist to maintain full set of accounts for an office of around 10 persons
- Ensure proper and timely filing of tax requirements
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Assist Accounting Department to prepare annual and interim budgets
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and analysis for management analysis of business performance
- Provide administrative support to the organisation
- Supervise procurements, order administration and logistical support
- Assist with annual audit
Job Requirements
- Qualified accountant
- A minimum of 1 year relevant accounting experience
- Familiar with current accounting standards and reporting requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with accounting tools such as QuickBooks or Xero
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Professional, detail-oriented and proactive
