We are looking for Human Resource Director to lead and build a global Inside Sales organization. In this job, you will provide HR leadership and accountability for design and execution of the worldwide growth plan and people agenda with management team.
Primary responsibilities
- Drive global setup and growth strategy and build and implement the overall people plan that helps the company to remain agile and responsive to innovation and change
- Scope and implement an innovative yet streamlined people infrastructure, operating and support model for global centers
- Lead HR team in guiding the business through current and future plans
- Work with product areas to build and maintain an effective organizational development strategy that will improve the health and performance of client organizations and over time - including influencing leaders to take action on key company wide priorities where there is resistance to do so.
- Work across boundaries to oversee implementation of full range of organizational development projects aligned to the organizational development plan. Work with practice heads and others to ensure delivery of these interventions on time and to the level of quality expected of Tink Lab leaders.
- Focus on relationship management, strategy, and prioritization. Effectively contract with clients and partners and agree the roles and responsibilities of each individual/group involved in designing and landing the entire organizational strategy
- Maintain knowledge of People Development offerings and be able to provide functional heads with timely and relevant information and advice on these offerings when needed
- Provide insights on client needs across businesses and support partners in evolving toolkits, methodologies, templates in key practice areas. Work to prevent/amend the delivery of services that don't align with organizational development strategy
- Successfully drive key HR innovative processes including Performance Management, Career Development, Talent Planning and more, and use these activities as a platform for further influencing and enabling positive change within the organization.
- Understand the business expansion plans and guide the setup of new centers in global locations in partnership with management team.
- Identify, diagnose, and work with leaders to address key workforce issues such as retention, performance management and differentiation, employee readiness, overall manager capability, and other talent and organizational priorities.
Skills and qualifications
- 10 years of work experience, including 8 years in a related field (Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR)
- Proven track record of building credible relationships with most senior levels of the organization (Director+) and influencing leadership engagement in organizational development as a critical component to accomplishing business outcomes.
- Success in people management, including attraction, assessment/hiring, development, and performance management
- Proven track record of building and implementing high quality development strategies and solutions, working across organizational boundaries where needed.
- Exceptional written and oral communication and group presentation skills
- Strong analytical capability to identify systems strengths and weaknesses, and drive for continuous improvement
- Organization Development expertise, including organizational diagnostics, org structure alignment to business requirements, and change management expertise
