As we are expanding globally, the challenge of making sure our devices functioning perfectly everywhere has increased substantially. We are looking for great field application engineers to support our hotel partners worldwide. The role provides great opportunities to travel to different countries for device deployment, troubleshooting issues and helping engineering team to improve overall product quality.
Job Description:
- Act as a dedicated service – side point of contract between other teams, hotel and developer for technical related issue
- Manage technical and product issues, delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Analyze technological problems in installed application systems, checking its technical resolution and working condition both remote and on-site, escalate if required
- Facilitate new customer on-boarding and provide on-site support for troubleshooting when necessary
- Pens down all issue and resolved matters for cross reference purposes
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Confidence to work independently and as a team
- Knowledge of Android and technologies is a plus
- Ability to understand, reproduce, and drive solution for issues with the Engineering team
- Fluent in English (additional language is a plus)
- Willingness to travel often (up to 70% travel required)
