theDesk is looking for a smart, ambitious and creative Sales & Partnership Manager to support theDesk’s ongoing expansion.
What you’ll do:

Meet and exceed goals: Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects for pre-leasing, leasing, renewal of memberships, and services offered by theDesk. Manage a portfolio of assigned leads through inbound campaigns.

Build connections: contribute to theDesk’s strategy by reaching out to local start-ups, local SMEs and international organisations. Educate and convert senior representatives about the value of theDesk’s co-working and collaborative spaces.

Enhance the network: Build and foster valuable relationships with local partners including local commercial real estate partners, online partners and local associations.

Connected Community: Provide relevant solutions and opportunities for prospects in line with theDesk’s strategy. Reach out to local businesses and provide ways for them to connect with theDesk’s spaces.

Relationship Management: Connect existing members with neighbourhood businesses. Foster a good relationship with members and create touch points in line with renewal and extension strategies.

Innovation: Think differently. Add value to theDesk’s spaces and position as a co-working and collaborative spaces leader.

Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date records of activity using the CRM system. Coordinate all activity and campaigns with media and marketing teams.
What we look for:

3-5 years of related experience in sales and partnership roles. Leasing, real estate, retail and/or events experience advantageous.

A passion for innovation - ability to think creatively, implement ideas and retain a commercial mindset.

Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) as well as fluency in English is required.

Highly organised.
