In this role, you will:
- Analyze operational data to provide strategic and product insight to internal and external partners.
- Provide transactional support and issue resolution and act as a liaison between business teams and partners.
- Build and automate smart reporting and metrics packages (at week/month end and on an ad-hoc basis) for the leadership team.
- Partner with business teams to perform ad hoc business analysis to drive tactical insights and action.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience at supporting business development team on handling requests from clients/ partners.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English is a plus.
- Must thrive in an ambiguous environment and be incredibly proactive.
- Self-starter, resourceful, creative and capable of handling multiple projects at a time.
- Experience in and passion for handling customer enquiries.
Preferred Qualifications
- A passion in Fintech, Bitcoin, Blockchain, distributed ledgers, and their underlying mechanisms.
- Deep understanding of global payments systems, particularly money transfer businesses and processes is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
