Who are we?
Betatron is a startup accelerator which helps optimise and scale startups. We invest US$30,000 into each one and provide hands-on mentorship from our network of experienced entrepreneurs and industry experts. We have just opened up applications for cohort #2 and will be accepting ten startups into our four-month program starting in mid-September.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for an Accelerator Program Managers to join Betatron team.
As the Accelerator Program Manager you will be responsible for:
- Management of activities required to support startups and mentors during execution of the program
- Day to day engagement with cohort startups, mentors and partners.
- Logistics of the accelerator program.
- Assisting in the development of Accelerator program and curriculum.
- Recruiting Advisors and Mentors for the program.
- Developing sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinating startup application and selection progress.
- Organising Pitch/demo day.
- Community building, active participation in the community, an organisation of events.
- Participating and representing Betatron in the local Startup community.
This job might be for you if:
- You love startups and entrepreneurship, are well connected in the local startup community.
- You are execution focused, details oriented, takes ownership and loves solving problems.
- You have strong coordination and organisational skills.
- You have great communication skills.
- Experience with running incubator or accelerator programs would be a big plus.
- If you founded startups or worked in startups before that would be great also.
- Flexible in performing in many roles as we are a startup also.
