You will help us keep our key customers happy by finding new ways to maintain and improve our service quality.
The Job Description:
Based in our Shenzhen or Hong Kong office, you will, by your personal contribution and by the management of a team of engineers, do everything to ensure that our inspection programs consistently exceed our clients’ expectations, and maintain the highest standards of service quality.
You will be expected to:
- Ensure that client requirements have been accurately identified and that they are fully satisfied with the Inspection Programs implemented;
- Communicate efficiently with different internal teams (sales, back-office, frontline) as well as clients’ key contacts.
- Support pre-sales inquiries as well as clients’ meetings with our operations experts;
You will also:
- Train and educate dedicated teams of inspectors and operations support teams;
- Manage directly 4 to 5 Electrical Engineers, making the very best out of them as a team;
- Identify the areas in which we can improve standards of service quality, and propose how to do so.
The Candidate:
It could be you, if you:
- Are Fluent in English. Cantonese and German are a plus.
- Excel in people management and coaching and in communication;
- Hold a degree in Engineering, ideally related to Electrical products or Electronics;
- Have 2-5 years of experience in quality control or the E&E industry in general;
- Have advanced skills in Microsoft excel (Macros, VBA).

- Are great at mitigating conflicts and solving problems;
- Prioritize effectively and manage your time well, enabling you to work with tight deadlines;
- Are a good team player.
