We are currently looking for a Sales & Admissions Officer as we are growing at an incredible pace!
Key Responsibilities
- We have lots of leads coming in daily. You'll follow-up with potential students and business collaborations
- We need to get to know people! You'll provide prompt assistance to potential students throughout the application process and get to truly know their wants, needs and dreams
- You'll help us grow and improve the user journey. Contribute to improving the application process and creating business development strategies by sharing what you've learned from your student touchpoints.
- Participate in the events and activities that will generate new leads for the company and give campus tours to students who are interested
- Occasionally get out there and meet amazing people at events
Ideal candidate
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales or customer facing role
- Excellent communication skills written & spoken in English and Cantonese, Mandarin will be a plus
- Experience with CRM such as Hubspot will be a plus
- Passionate about technology and education
- Self-starter, you take initiative in solving a problem.
- Organized and timely individual with a keen attention to detail
- Previous experience working in a startup will be a plus
