The Client Relations Associate is an exciting role, which serves across multiple industry verticals and is in charge for coordinating and executing post-sales activities like support and service for new and existing clients. The role focuses on client satisfaction, use of service and driving product adoption. The successful candidate will work closely with the local sales and product teams. This role is based out of Hong Kong. No travel will be required.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales leads by running through existing/old accounts
- Conducting sales research
- Drive the growth and development of the knowledge center
- Ensure customers employ best practices
- Consistently update the CRM system and client info
- Gather client sentiment and product feedback and communicate with product management
Requirements
- Excellent written, communication, presentation skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion event technology and its affiliated industries, strong team player with client-centric attitude in global operating team
- Commitment to customer service excellence, enjoyment in establishing and building client relationships
- Innovative, creative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in event management is a plus
