About the Role:
We are looking for a Singapore Country Lead as we commence international expansion. This is a senior-level leadership position and the candidate will be responsible for the quality delivery of all courses for Xccelerate and be a part of an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity. As the team Lead, you will be responsible for building a team and business from ground up go-to-Market, business Development as well as all aspects of the Xccelerate experience and business execution.
Role Responsibilities:
- Create, experiment with, and manage sales and marketing strategies, by targeting demographics, industries, and companies that will benefit from Xccelerate
- Ensure quality deployment of all educational programs that are consistent with international curriculum standards, instructional qualifications, etc.
- Drive Xccelerate’s Singapore presence: through website, social media, online engagement, advertising, events, PR, etc
- Work closely with the Leadership Team in expanding the company’s scope and areas of service in Singapore to drive student success stories and P&L
- Define go-to-market strategy and connect with the right partners in the community that will help accomplish each tactical goal: government, business chambers, industry trade bodies, media, the general public, and communities
- Proactively engage with the business community to determine new trends and
incubate new profitable services and products with the internal teams
- Actively pursuing feedback and building relationships with companies on their needs as the technology and business needs change
About you:
- Bachelor Degree in relevant fields
- 5+ years in operations, management, and business development highly preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English / Mandarin is a plus
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communications skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-oriented personality.
- Solid leadership skills and organizational skills
- Proven sales track record of bringing in new business and a natural ability to drive sales
- Singapore Permanent Resident highly preferred
