We are WTF Studio , a software agency empowering companies and startups to employ IT, cloud, and big data solution to solve problems and create values.
We work on both our own and client projects, mainly:
1) Creating sophisticated web-apps or mobile apps to help clients reaching their objectives.
2) Offering cloud architecture soluion, this includes designing the proper public/hybrid cloud infrastructure
for clients, performing the migration to public cloud vendors in phases, providing training to clients sys-ops team, and monitoring the infrastructure.
3) Offering data analytics solutions. As our clients collected more and more data, we help them to visualize the data in a meaningful way, generating insightful reports, building tools to monitor data in real-time, and finally building model to make predictions/recommendations based on modern data science techniques.
Our team practices craftsmanship and care about code quality, but we do not lose sight of the big picture on the business side, and our own personal growth. We adopt agile methodology on development, use whatever means/tools that is the most effective to deliver solutions in reasonable cost. Most of all, we ship. We are a group of people who work hard but also trying to have some fun in what we are doing.
Frontend Developer
We are looking for a frontend developer. If you have a design sense, could craft code to make a website beautiful and functional, then this is a job for you. You will work with our backend developers who code in Ruby & Rails. You will also touch on the topic of product / project management.
Job Responsibility:
- solving problem in technical and non-technical way
- involve UX design of product features
- Could craft code in html / css / javascript, and even better, its variant - slim / sass / coffeescript
- project management
Technical stack you will touch on:
- Javascript / Coffeescript
- HTML / CSS / SASS / SLIM
- Some Ruby on Rails
Job Requirements:
- Know html/css, and javascript
- Know any kind of programming language well, preferably on Ruby
- Passion in software development, and grow in startup type environment
- Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
You will be working with Jimmy Chu, Product Manager
Equity part is negotiable.
Salary range / month : HK$ 20k-40k
