By allowing parents to review, rate and rank the different providers, we hope to compile all the "word of mouth" amongst parents in HK on one platform that will be free for all to use. Parents can read other parents' reviews and ratings, thus getting some "inside scoop" on the services or products they have received from a provider. Parents can compare the different providers offering the same service or product which will help them make a better and informed decision the first time round.
