YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will report to, and work closely with the Country Manager to implement the following:
- Plan, and execute strategy to optimize sales funnel and achieve of sales objectives as a team;
- Assist clients in creating company profiles and job posts;
- Hunt for new clients, pitch and close.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance;
- Use innovative ways to promote the use of Wantedly products;
- Identifies areas of improvements for our products by constant use of the product and by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Identifies news sales lead via networking and constantly reaching out to clients
