We are a young, multicultural and dynamic team whose looking for a young and vibrant individual to join us! We are looking to hire an Tech Conference Associate who will be able to work with us on organizing and executing the biggest tech conference in the financial centre of Asia.
Job Description
As the part of the Events team, you will have to plan, organize and execute hybrid (online and offline) events, identify opportunities for new partners and manage high-profile speakers and scaleups.
Ideal Skill Sets
• Interest in planning and executing tech conferences
• Take initiative in identifying potential leads and maintain an ongoing relationship with key speakers and partners in the startup ecosystem
• Confident in creating and proof reading written content
• Understanding and interest in the FinTech and Web3 space
Requirements
• Be a team player, able to work under pressure
• A friendly and approachable personality
• Excellent people and communication skills (on and offline)
• Super organised and detail orientated
• Ability manage multiple projects at once
• Good command of written and spoken English a must, Mandarin or Cantonese a bonus
minimum 3 months.
You will be working with Josephine Chan (COO) .
Salary range / month : Negotiable
