Overview: UP International consists of a newly formed Executive team to develop the UP brand and pipeline of office solutions throughout south-east Asia. UP International is a subsidiary of the founding company UP Vietnam which started in April 2016. Today, it is the largest office space solution operator in the country. UP offers customer-centric real estate and design and financing solutions for all types of office/client needs; from a one-client site, private offices, to more open collaborative spaces tailored to small and fast-growing businesses and independent entrepreneurs. UP International will start with developing several sites in Bangkok and Malaysia in 2019 with accelerated growth in other SE Asian cities in 2020.
The Role: We are now looking for a creative, confident, highly motivated and dynamic, individual to become a part of the Brand team for UP International to work with us on developing strategic presentation decks, marketing proposals and briefs, regional playbooks for new openings and coordinate digital, communications, and brand strategies in different regional markets (Bangkok, Vietnam, Malaysia).

Job Duties:

Work with Head of Brand to develop overall Brand and Marketing plan and marketing campaigns for regional markets

Develop research and marketing reports on various topics; competitors, social media strategies, campaigns etc. in each market.

Co-ordinate with Brand/Website agency on copywriting, graphics and video content on the new brand book and website

Co-ordinate with Agency and HQ team (Vietnam) on producing collateral and ensuring quality and consistency

Based on brand guidelines provided, create content and graphics for social media, presentations, , collateral, promotions, posters, fliers and EDms.

Regular coordination and monitoring with HQ and other markets on the consistency of content, imagery, copywriting, press materials on website, social and marketing/sales collaterals.

Coordinate photography shoots and other related creative projects

Ensure all content and communication reflects our brand identity and the respective properties and destinations’ brand identity.

Format, maintain and communicate press materials and press clippings for all relevant departments

Work with internal teams on their presentation decks, proposals and research reports
Requirements:

3-5 years of relevant experience

Fluent in English (other SE Asian languages are a bonus)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to multi-task, with a sense of ownership

Graphic design skills to create professional and creative presentation decks and proposals, therefore, proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Proficient in all PC application e.g. Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience in working with CMS, Google Analytics, Digital tools, Social Media Account Management
