Who we are?
Ubudu Asia is the Asian branch of Ubudu, a French technology start-up specialised in high-accuracy geolocation systems since 2011. Ubudu develops and sells proprietary Software and its own-designed Hardware as an end-to-end solution to enable large companies to save time and increase safety in their operations through the lean method.
"Ubudu is the company that enables McDonald’s to save 20 seconds per table service by geo-locating customers at their table". We also ensure staff security in nuclear plants through detection within risky zones and provide wayfinding in the Louvre Museum to offer visitors multimedia content and the possibility to find their way. Ubudu enables real-time tracking and traffic flow analysis.
Our technology relies on tags carried by users / assets or via mobile apps, interacting with beacons installed in venues to provide valuable high-accuracy location data.
In Hong Kong since 2015, Ubudu Asia's clients & partners include JCDecaux, Sky100, JLL, Cathay Pacific, Accenture, illigo, Amadeus and KPMG.
What will you do ?
Develop the company’s business
- Conduct research on potential clients & partners
- Pitch potential clients & partners
- Organize business development strategy directly with the CEO
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & partners
Expand the company's reputation and popularity
- Perform communication actions via the company’s marketing communication channel
- Attend to events, conferences and fairs
- Build partnership with institutions
Who are we looking for ?
Skills include:
- Minimum 2 years work experience;
- Oral and Written fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Past experience in Operations especially around Lean Method or Information Technology is a plus
- Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills: ability to synthesise information into clear and attractive way
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills: enthusiastic and eager to learn, will have to work efficiently in a small team whilst ensuring pro-activity and autonomy
- Creativity and capacity to bring new ideas
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients & partners;
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Photoshop, Java & other web programming skills are a plus.
