Customer Success Manager
You’ll be working within a small young and dynamic team.
You will be in charge of:
•The day-to-day relationship with our clients with the objective to create a professional and trustful atmosphere.
•The excellence of our operations: with the technical project manager and reporting to the CEO, you will oversee and be responsible for the implementation of our solutions. From procurement to installation, to testing, to client formation and to reports, you will be in charge of the good delivery of our technologies.
•Supporting the marketing team with the insights from the clients you manage, and help developing a strong offer perfectly fitting with the clients needs.
•Business Development in China.
Your profile
• English, Mandarin and Cantonese oral and written fluency
•Strong organization and excellent ability to prioritize
•Strong problem-solving skills to find quickly efficient solutions
•Creativity and ability to bring new ideas
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: enthusiastic
and eager to learn, the account manager will have to work efficiently in a small team
whilst ensuring pro-activity and autonomy
•Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word. Photoshop, Java and other web programming skills are very appreciated
