We’re currently looking for a Business Development Associate the will help us to connect new potential clients that are seeking information on the products and services the company provides.
As a Business Development Associate, you’re responsibilities are:
- Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
- Generates incremental revenue through prospecting, cold-calling, up-selling and cross-selling activities within a territory or account
- Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations.
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Act as experts for our IT Solutions Portfolio, and expand solution presence within existing accounts while maintaining and growing your expertise in leading transformational technology concepts and methodologies
- Focuses on incremental sales of software solutions to current and prospective customers while supporting field sales on complex, enterprise-wide solution Requirements
- Manage a busy inbound pipeline of leads and provide a top-class customer experience.
Requirements:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Business Development experience in enterprise software or consulting services, ideally to IT organizations
- Experience and advance knowledge in selling SaaS Products and/or IT outsourcing services
- Experience in selling product and services in person or remotely (WebEx/phone)
- Skill in coordinating conversations and customer solutions with different teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude to understand the challenges a prospect is facing and translate those to business outcomes to deliver, and to communicate the value
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
