THE ROLE:
You will work with Hong Kong property developers, serviced apartments, media agencies and other advertiser clients who want to reach our online Hong Kong audience to drive sales using Spacious' marketing solutions.

This focus enables Spacious to generate the highest quality enquiries for property agents, developers, etc., who pay to advertise and reach the Spacious audience.
Spacious is a profitable, self-sustaining and proven business growing very quickly. We have over 1,000,000+ monthly high-value property searchers visiting our website/mobile app.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Duties:
1) Achieve the agreed sales targets for you and your team (50%)
2) Help to manage the delivery of the solution provided to the client and the internal/external communication associated(10%)
2) Help to develop inbound sales lead generation tactics, identify areas for improvement in the sales process and our prospecting strategy to help the business grow organically and sustainably (10%)
3) Manage and help our customer service team respond to requests from clients to ensure client renewal rates are strong. (10%)
4) Work with the company COO and technology teams to ensure the correct technology tools are being developed to help the sales team and our clients (10%)
5) Ensure the company CRM is being used effectively and helping to scale the sales effort (10%)
Reading and writing in English and Cantonese is a must for this role.
Qualifications:
• University Degree is not required
• You need to be highly conscientious and professional with the ability to develop a rapport with a wide range of high-value and challenging clients.
• We also expect you to be disciplined, hard-working and set an excellent example for the rest of the team.
• Self-driven, motivated, organised, goal-oriented, independent and able to take full ownership and responsibility for actions
• Practice continuous learning - we want to see you get better over time and provide a budget to help you learn. • You need to have solid interpersonal skills and can connect with people.
• You need to read, write and speak business level English.

As the business grows, this role also has significant sales leadership potential in the future.
As you gain experience and knowledge from the rest of the team and our client - you will naturally move to more senior roles with greater ownership levels. We have annual salary reviews and have 3-monthly catchups to offer feedback on how you are doing.

Experience Required
Previous experience of sales with measurable sale targets is essential. In addition, a background in online advertising sales is ideal.
