Apart from point-of-sale, booking and payment systems, minimal technology innovations have been adopted by the hospitality industry. Small Batch Learning will change this with our ambitious eLearning and management platform that is set to become ubiquitous across the industry.

What you'll do
Other than designing and implementing our platform, the main responsibility of a lead developer is to show other developers on the team better ways of doing things and help them improve their skills so that we all become better at our jobs.
What you'll need to have
- Strong communication skills and a strong commitment to quality
- At least 5 years professional working experience with Ruby on Rails. Those with less experience can be considered for our junior positions
- Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis and Sidekiq
- Experience with front-end technologies such as jQuery, React, Bootstrap, CSS
- Experience with deploying and managing servers using Capistrano
- Experience with managing a team of developers is a plus
- Experience with Docker is a plus
- Experience with Aliyun is a plus
