Apart from point-of-sale, inventory control, bookings and payment systems, there are minimal technology innovations that have been adopted by the hospitality industry. By understanding the limitations of education in our industry, Small Batch Learning aims to solve the training problem many venues face in the running of their business.

Furthermore, Small Batch is a hospitality-specific Learning Management System that removes one of the major barriers to training: cost. Believing education is a right not a privilege, we've built a platform, developed content and made it all available for bars, restaurants and hotels, free-of-charge. There is no freemium version, and no upsell to unlock features.

Our proprietary technology is designed specifically for the hospitality industry, offering operators a powerful tool not just for training, but also staff communication, team management, marketing, inventory control and, ultimately, business development.

To date, we've launched our platform in Australia, SE Asia, and China, and continue to scale rapidly. With a validated business model and revenue flowing, we're currently hiring for several challenging roles in our tech team, based in Hong Kong.
