Facilitators have a really cool job: they create structured environments for teams to co-discover new ways of thinking, operating and working together. A good facilitator can help guide teams through the conversations that are necessary to resolve tricky interpersonal issues, generate innovative ideas, solve vexing problems or articulate a new winning strategy.
It's possible for facilitators to do this work virtually, using standard meeting platforms like Zoom or Teams, but this experience is far from ideal. Existing tools make it hard to monitor and manage small group work the same way you would in-person, or maintain participants' attention and engagement as you switch from one activity or tool to the next.
We at Seshboard are here to change this.
By giving facilitators the tools they need to run virtual workshops that are as engaging and productive as in-person workshops, we are working to build a world where the transformative power of facilitation is available to teams everywhere.
