Job Description: S Loyalty is looking for an experienced content marketer to lead content creation and value add for our merchant community. As we have a global customer base, the content marketing manager needs to develop and drive a global marketing strategy to ensure that we are delivering content that is relevant and useful to our broad community of users.
Responsibilities: As the content marketing manager, you are responsible for:
- Publishing major company communications such as the announcement of new product features and relevant customer communications;
- Engaging our customer base and actively manage communities to facilitate and help merchants get the most out of our products;
- Developing the content strategy for our global merchant community and drive execution of content creation and delivery to add value to the community;
- Managing any company events and press releases;
Requirements:
- Strong writing ability in English with previous experience in digital content creation;
- Enthusiastic technology and product evangelist with exceptional communication skills;
- Passion for working with others and building community engagement.
