Job Description:
Customer Service - Phone, Whatsapp, Store, Email, Social
Requirements:
Prior experience with online or offline customer service a plus
Enthusiasm for creating solutions and solving problems
Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial and start-up culture
Have the ability to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
Fluent English/Cantonese - written and spoken
Interest in technology, e-commerce, sustainability a plus
Available to work in Hong Kong (Retykle cannot provide a visa)
