1. Facade Inspection
Our facade inspection are performed through data collection with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). The collected visual and thermal data is pre-processed and cleansed, and subsequently the RaSpect AI engine performs the analysis.
(a) Visual Image Analysis
Our algorithm automatically processes the data using edge-cutting machine learning frameworks to detect symptoms such as: cracks, delamination, stain, water leakage, air leakage, debonding and moisture. Automation of façade inspection process has proven to be a time- and cost-effective solution with much less tedious work.
(b) Infrared Image Analysis
Computer Vision based detection of thermal anomalies can be used on different thermal scenarios, including buildings facades, structural elements (columns, beams, slabs), roofs, etc.
The detected thermal anomalies give hint on the potential presence of defects such as air leakage, water leakage, moisture trapping and debonding.
2. Elevator Monitoring
RaSpect provide IoT-based 24x7 monitoring solution to inspect the health condition of rope and bearing automatically and continuously.
(a) Rope Monitoring System
The rope can be monitored in two different ways: visual inspection and magnetic inspection. For visual monitoring, high speed cameras are used to take photographs from different angle and capture the defects in real-time; for magnetic monitoring, the system creates an ordered magnetic field on the elevator rope, and identifies the broken wires by recognising the disordered magnetic field distribution.
(b) Bearing Vibration Monitoring System
Vibration analysis is used for monitoring mechanical condition of elevator rotating elements including bearings, gears and impellers. The amplitude of vibration indicates severity of the fault, while the frequency indicates the types or the causes of the problems.
3. Escalator Comb Section Monitoring
We install high speed cameras to detect the obstacles that reach the escalator comb section in less than 3 seconds. Our cameras are interconnected with a real-time alert system, which will send real-time alerts with images or videos to the technical teams to staff.
