We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a keen interest in sales and marketing to help our clients find the best workspaces for their flexible office needs. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, quick learner, target-driven and comfortable with multi-tasking.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads for clients with short-term workspace needs e.g. meeting rooms, desks and virtual offices
- Act as our customer service representative to handle all customer inquiries, including calls, email and online live chat
- Provide timely follow-up to ensure prompt response and resolution of client inquiries
- Assist with managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (Facebook & Google AdWords)
- Create and curate content for our blog, newsletter and social media channels
- Provide clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, billingual fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese required
- 1-2 years of sales experience
- Previous experience with blog-writing and digital marketing highly preferred
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive personalities are highly valued
