The role
PAKT needs a strong sales and marketing professional to take on this strategic position. Working in close partnership with leadership team, you are responsible for devising, evaluating and executing all sales, communications and marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition , brand awareness and service experience. This role requires a leader with strong entrepreneurial spirit.
Specific duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Manage the full sales cycle by finding and developing key high value new clients either through supplied pipeline or client direct, as well as handling and growing existing business.
Direct plans for each region to identify and build a long term active sales pipeline, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities to yield maximum revenue.
Manage all aspects of the sales process including selling, negotiating client packages to successfully closes sales opportunities to meet sales targets
Articulate PAKT’s unique value proposition to clients and partners to build long term, high trust relationships
· Spearhead marketing strategy to position PAKT as the premier wardrobe management platform and service in the market
Formulate online, offline, and through the line marketing strategies to increase overall, regional, segmental or business unit level brand awareness, and to drive directions for annual, seasonal or ad hoc communication initiatives and projects.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and digital advertising campaigns to drive high impact market positioning
Prepare and closely monitor marketing budget on a weekly and monthly basis and allocate funds to include managing budgets for all digital marketing campaigns
· Own the strategic planning, relationship and communication with local influencers
and ensure consistent paid marketing and branding strategy for market positioning
· Develop, execute and manage press strategy for fashion, business, news and editorial platforms both traditional and digital to generate engaging press coverage
· Oversee the effectiveness of all promotional activities and monitor ROI results and adhering to approved budgets
· Create and oversee all branding partnerships and special projects that align with business and brand objectives; manage all branding events
· Raise the company and business profile by representing it at industry events, high level networking
The candidate:
A highly autonomous, creative, innovative, inventive and solution-orientated person, with the ability to run multiple projects
5-8+ years of business experience
· Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field
· Experience in both traditional and startup environments.
· Demonstrated success in negotiating and closing strategic partnerships.
· Experience in a B2C marketing team
· Experience with partnership agreements and managing all aspects of partnerships.
· Ability to work in a highly technical environment while effectively communicating key understandings to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong knowledge of the fashion and luxury industry.
· Commercial mindset and experience prioritising competing priorities at a fast-growing company.
· A natural collaborator, able to partner effectively with multiple stakeholders
· English is a must, Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese are desirable.
