We’re hiring a Developer Evangelist for Authgear. Our Developer Evangelist should delight our users with their product expertise and drive usage to our products no matter it is free or paid users. Join us if you are passionate about technology and enjoy helping people!

Responsibilities

Write technical documentation and tutorials on docs.authgear.com.
Develop new ideas and write technical-related blog posts on the Authgear blog.
Organize and promote webinars with product demos, integration walkthroughs, or use case sharing.
Conduct video conferences with users to provide technical support and advice and help them adopt the products.
Encourage and drive the usage of product community forums.
Learn and consolidate customers’ requirements with the product team.
Assist sales team on pre-sales work related to Authgear (and occasionally FormX)

What we are looking for in you

Entry-level coding and development experiences
Good presentation and communication skills
Good English-speaking skills and excellent writing skills
Eager to keep learning technical knowledge related to FormX/Authgear, such as Machine Learning, Authentication and Security.
Startups/Teaching/Marketing experience is a plus
