FormX.ai is a flagship product of Oursky that leverages LLM and the latest AI technologies to help Corporate and Enterprise clients automate their document workflow and parse documents to be RAG-ready.
We're seeking a Business Development Representative to develop new customers and close deals via Channel Partners and Account-based Outreach.
Both junior and senior candidates are welcome. For a senior, it will be a quota-bearing position with commissions.

Responsibilities
- Discover new opportunities by reaching out to prospects and introducing how FormX.ai could be applied to their processes, or even figure out new potential use cases with new vertical industries.
- Acquire a technical depth of Formx.ai, document workflow, and RAG applications to consult and advise our clients.
- Develop effective business development strategies for outbound channels, including lead identification, nurturing and conversion.
- Leverage existing connections to build your own solid pipeline that brings in continuous new business prospects.
- Prospect, pitch and close Corporate clients via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, virtual or in-person meetings etc.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our sales CRM system.
What we are looking for in you
- At least 2+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS Software Sales; Fresh graduates are welcome for a junior position.
- Proven track record exceeding targets in a similar quota-carrying role and hungry for further growth.
- Competent written and spoken English language skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey product values to management level or C-Level executives (CIO / CTO / CDO etc.).
- Ability to fully grasp and understand our software products to present to clients in software IT.
- Result-driven, self-motivated and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
Bonus Qualifications
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of web / mobile applications.
- Experience in a fast-paced company / startup.
