About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Demand Generation / Growth Marketing Manager to own and drive our lead generation and nurturing efforts from strategy to execution.
This role will be responsible for understanding our target markets, crafting compelling messages, create and manage accounts list, manage lead nurture and outreach campaigns, growth hacking for organic traffic, and empowering our sales team with high quality sales materials.

Success in this role will be measured by Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Define Target Market & Painpoint Messages: Identify and articulate our ideal customer profile (ICP) and their core pain points, ensuring our messaging resonates effectively.
- Create Targeted Account Lists: Develop strategic account lists for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and to support our Business Development team's outreach.
- Drive Cold Outreach Campaign: Execute cold outreach campaign via LinkedIn, Email and other platforms.
- Develop & Manage Lead Nurture Campaign: Nurture leads into opportunities by campaigns including promotional emails, newsletters, and lead nurture sequences.
- Drives SEO Ideas: Identify high-impact SEO opportunities with various type of lead magnet that attract our target audience organically.
- Track & Analyze Performance: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, key metrics (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, ROI), and overall lead funnel progression.
- Create Sales Materials: Develop and update sales materials, including presentations, case studies, battlecards, and collateral that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Presentations in Virtual and Physical Events: Present the products and sales pitch in virtual and physical events we participate in occasionally.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in growth hacking and digital marketing.
What we are looking for in you
- 2+ years of experience in a growth hacking, digital marketing, or related role, preferably in B2B SaaS startups (Fresh graduates with a strong interest are also welcome to apply)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling messages.
- Great presentation and story telling skills for webinar and physical events.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and how to translate them into ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, specifically workflow and vibe coding, with basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Not required, but a big plus if you have:
- Experience in growing traffic for products which target software / IT decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Managers, Product Managers, Developers, etc.;
- Computer Science Background.
