We’re hiring a Customer Success for the two products: Authgear and FormX. Read more about the products and Oursky at Careers @ Oursky.

We’re looking for Customer Success to delight our customers with their product expertise and in-depth understanding of customers’ business requirements.

Responsibilities

Provide product demos and discuss with (potential) customers how Authgear and FormX might solve their business requirements
Organize and promote webinar with product demos
Learn and consolidate customers’ requirements to the product team
Be the single point of contact to key customers for daily/weekly communications
Plan with the product team and communicate with customers with a clear timeline or presentations on any new features, improvements, or bug fixes.

What we are looking for in you

Strong interest in tech or related experience
Good presentation and communication skills
Excellent English speaking and oral skills
Excellent conflict resolutions and relationships management skills
Eager to keep learning about new technologies, designs, and products knowledge
Ability to explain complex concepts in layman's terms
Startups/digital marketing/account servicing experience is a plus
