PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE / SCOPE
The Operation Coordinator would be responsible to provide support to the APAC Head of Operations to ensure that the setup of events in the showroom is in time. He / She would also need to support operations for its delivery and coordination between Showroom and Brands accordingly.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Prepare monthly sales and management reports and highlight areas of action
· Consolidate monthly business proposals from stores to achieve yearly targets and coordinate action plans and follow up
· Coordinate retail operations meetings and ad hoc meetings with agenda and follow-up actions
· Support daily operation in an efficient way, facilities & resource management in the office;
· Prepare pricing strategy and analysis from historical sales performance, sales trends and targeted sell through
· Assist with the ordering and co-ordination of installation of promotional material in order to enhance products, create interest and generate sales
· Assist with the planning and implementation of monthly VM changes, seasonal installations, marketing activation, etc.
· Ensure all in-store signage is in line with Company standard
· Produce visual design for store specific workshops & events when necessary
· Coach store team on design concepts, visual display standards, maintenance of the overall display in order to support the ongoing marketing campaigns
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
· Degree holder or above in related discipline
· Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things
· Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills;
· Flexible and able to work under pressure.
· Strong logical mindset, high-energy self-starter with a relentless, entrepreneurial work ethic
· Good computer knowledge/skills
· Good command of both written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
