You will be responsible to:
Take part in the functional consulting services provided to end-users
Analyse customers' needs and requirements
Quantify, negotiate and manage the resources required to implement the solution
Help with the configuration of the software
Follow and test the development
Present the solution to the customer for validation
Provide coaching to the users
Deliver generic functional training sessions (approximatively one week every 3 months)
You will need the following skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT Management or Computer Sciences
Between 2 and 3 years of experience (Fresh graduates are also welcome)
Excellent communicator and negotiator
Have an affinity with the IT world, understand what an ERP is
Good knowledge in accounting
Ready to work in a young and dynamic company
A quick and autonomous learner
Able to work in fast paced environment, hands on attitude
Approachable, honest and fun team player
Very good English is required, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
