Responsibilities
You will be responsible of a portfolio of 250 companies in the APAC area.
Your primary goal is to achieve sales target by driving up customer retention and expansion. You will deal with direct customers and re sellers.
To succeed, you need to:
- Be smart and learn quicklyds (we cover a wide range of industries and applications)
- Be good in sales
- Gain strong understanding of our software and the customer’s business
- Have a real problem solving ability
- Relentlessly serve as the customer advocate, ensuring high customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in business or master
- Innovative and assertive with the ability to assess situations quickly
- We are a tech company making business apps, you must have interest in this market
- Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable in IT.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, personable and flexible
- Speaking English is mandatory and any other language is a plus
- 1- 2 years experience in customer service
