We are looking for a highly driven and goal oriented sales and business development associate with a proven sales record. The successful sales and business development associate will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve goals set by the management. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales.
Job Description
- Identify and research potential corporate customers
- Evaluate customers & prospects needs
- Assess the competitive landscape, formulate appropriate business development strategies and evaluate their effectiveness
- Originate and close accounts transactions with new, existing and former
customers
- Provide sales forecast to management
- Develops and executes strategies to drive growth, retention and profitability of
accounts and optimize market penetration.
- Drives the sales process including customer prospecting, lead
generation, making sales calls, analyzing data, preparing proposals and negotiating terms
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
- Degree in Business Management or relevant field preferred
- Proven record in business development (please submit relevant information as evidence with your application. e.g. $$ and clients you have successfully closed)
- Familiarity with the startup industry a must
- Fluency in Putonghua and/or Cantonese
