We are looking for an Assistant Relationship Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Relationship Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and maintain relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Makes sure clients receive requested solutions and services in a timely fashion
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Associate degree / Higher diploma or above in related disciplines
- Proven account management or other relevant experience, fresh graduate is also welcomed
- Excellent communication (fluent in English and Cantonese) and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage
- Expert at Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps and Salesforce
- Short notice is highly preferred
