A one-stop service helping elderly patients to take the right medicines at the right timeMedPOT’s objective is to deliver “Right Medicines at the Right Time with Real-Time monitoring”. Whilst the patients will take medicines according to doctor’s prescription, their carers will also be notified about the medication adherence profile.
The project comprises a comprehensive service package with the following elements:
A portable smart pillbox with notification function which gives medication instruction and transmits medication records;
A mobile app with notification and tracking function.
