Responsibilities
• To communicate with customers via various channels such as phone calls, email and ticketing system accordingly
• To response promptly to global customer inquiries or complaints in a timely manner
• To identify customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• To prioritize the alert and complaint and may escalate to technical support if required
• To handle ad hoc assignments and projects as assigned
Requirements
• Higher diploma or above (Fresh Graduate also welcome) in any disciplines
• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Good telephone manner
• Be patient and work as a team
• Willing to be on shift
