You are perfect for us if you are:
Hyper organized and great at execution. You just keep getting stuff done. You’re independent, a self-starter, and detail oriented. You love building systems and driving out imperfections till you have a beautiful well-oiled machine. You have a proven track record showing your responsibility and dependability, and relish the opportunity to use your organizational and execution skills to have a big impact as part of a small team.
Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Supporting the CEO in Key Projects:
- Support corporate restructuring efforts (coordinating with lawyers and accountants)
- Support fundraising efforts (researching investor targets and keeping track of the conversations and the funnel)
- Keeping track of key business metrics + accounting (how is the overall business doing? What KPIs should we track? How are specific marketing initiatives performing? How do we know?)
- Patent writing/development/filing
- Operational Activities:
- Oversee our fulfillment process of Lumos Helmets and accessories to customers and partners
- Keeping track of our inventory levels at our various logistics partners and coordinating with production + demand forecast
- Help build out our expansion into warehouses in the US + UK + Amazon FBA
- Help build out our returns and reverse logistics process
- Prepare the groundwork for expansion into retail
- Day to day activities:
- Supporting inbound requests from retailers, press, partners etc.
- Managing payment issues from customers (Paypal, Stripe)
- Misc:
- Participating and actively contributing to the creation and execution of our marketing activities (eg. Digital, video, events, partnerships, pop-up stores, guerrilla PR etc.)
Note: Given the very early stage of the company that we are in, a high degree of adaptability is expected and required for this role. We are constantly learning new things and adapting our strategy and activities accordingly.

Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in a high performing role.
- Competency in oral and written English as well as Cantonese.
- You’re meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
- You don’t cut corners. You need to see it get done right.
- You’re excited about the opportunity to have a big impact as part of a small team.
- You’re able to work well with people and love helping people get the job done.
- You’re passionate about what we’re doing at Lumos and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Competent with excel, MS Office.
- Passion for and existing activity with the cycling community a huge plus.
