Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Operations:
- Monitoring and managing inventory flows and fulfillment of Lumos Helmets and accessories to customers minimizing both stock outs as well as oversupply.
- Troubleshooting inventory fulfillment issues as they come up.
- Tracking inventory levels across all our channels and preparing weekly reports to management.
- Explore and execute ways to improve our operational efficiencies and reduce fulfillment costs
Note: Given the very early stage of the company that we are in, a high degree of adaptability is expected and required for this role. We are constantly learning new things and adapting our strategy and activities accordingly.

Requirements:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 0 - 2+ years of experience in an operations, ecommerce, or business related role
- Experience and familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, DHL/FedEx, and/or other shipping providers a big plus.
- Competency in oral and written English as well as Cantonese.
- You’re meticulous, detail-oriented, and organized.
- You don’t cut corners. You need to see it get done right.
- You’re excited about the opportunity to have a big impact as part of a small team.
- You’re able to work well with people and love helping people get the job done.
- You’re passionate about what we’re doing at Lumos and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
- Competent with excel, MS Office.
- Passion for and existing activity with the cycling community a huge plus.
