Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about services, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
- Coordinate production work with the production team (e.g. process company incorporations and other company secretarial duties)
Requirements
- At least 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Fluent in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin, preferred but not compulsory
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Can-do and flexible attitude, independent and responsible
- Well organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined and diligent
- Curious and willing to learn
- Some legal knowledge about HK company regulations is preferable but not compulsory (a fast learner will be able to pick up what we do quickly)
