As Lalamove continues to expand super-fast – the team is now seeking for an experienced SEO professional to add to its growing User Acquisition team. As the SEO Specialist you will be accountable for driving the execution and analysis of our organic search engine optimization efforts to increase rankings & traffic of tens of thousands of keywords. You will work with all aspects of site optimization, from indexing strategies and on-page optimization to technical SEO and content strategy. A positive attitude, and the ability to proactively work with our Web Development, IT, and Content team members is essential.
The successful candidate will own the end-to-end process of planning, creating, executing, optimizing, reporting, and sharing insights from campaigns and tests in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What you'll do:
- Work with digital strategy, content, development, and design teams to ensure successful optimization on websites
- Help manage website migrations through reviewing analytics, 301 redirects, benchmarking traffic, and identifying potential issues
- Perform keyword research, including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Conduct technical SEO audits
- Monitor and analyze site analytics reports (SEO traffic, trends, form submissions, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and research
- Maximize local search exposure
- Help manage and optimize internal search
- Manage domestic and international domains and policies
What you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience in SEO with knowledge of keyword research, content optimization, information architecture, HTML, link building
- Understanding of SEO best practices, such as SEO friendly site architecture, tags, coding, site speed, etc.
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Detailed-oriented, ability to multi-task, and excellent organizational and time management skills

- Google Keyword Planner
- Google Search Console
- Bing Webmaster Tools
- Moz
- SEMrush
- Adobe Analytics
- Ability to stay focused under pressure, and able to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Have the ability to create something from nothing, identify a game plan, get results and embrace for ambiguity with the mentally of "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again"
