Currently, we are building a strong in-house Regional marketing team here in Hong Kong & looking for an experienced User Acquisition Manager to oversee all our User acquisition efforts across Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates & SEO. You will be responsible for crafting an integrated user acquisition strategy incorporating both paid and organic channels to improve the user acquisition numbers across the region.
As a Regional User Acquisition Manager for Lalamove - you are expected to have strong hands on experience of planning, executing & optimising all user acquisition campaigns.
You’d have to be also extremely familiar with the technology stacks needed to track & measure digital marketing campaigns effectively.

The Day-to-day activities
- Effectively and efficiently lead performance-based paid acquisition marketing efforts to reach acquisition goals
- Coordinate with internal/external teams to develop and refine creative and targeting strategy
- Develop and execute A/B testing programs to improve campaign performance
- Conduct partner and campaign analysis to determine value of acquisition efforts and optimizations
- Develop paid acquisition plans and provide regular reporting on progress towards key milestones and risks
- Continuously evaluate and test new tactics for acquiring new users, such as data analysis, partner management, campaign targeting, bidding, A/B tests and more
- Help with development of analytic tools, technology and process to drive efficiency across the Acquisition Team
- Influence internal marketing plans across the marketing organization to help improve first time user engagement and acquisition
- Regularly generate growth focused ideas and hypotheses, and then rigorously test them
What you’ll need:
- Degree in Quantitative field.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in leading a User Acquisition team.
- Prior experience in working in a hyper growth startup environment
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats at one time.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with leadership teams, designers & other members of marketing team in order produce desired output
- Always seeking for improvements in the way we do things
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or Cantonese would be an advantage.
