As Lalamove continues to expand super-fast - its marketing operations are now more complex than ever. Currently, we are seeing for a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of marketing operations across the organisation. As a Marketing Operations Manager you’d be overseeing a team of two business analysts & one marketing tech specialist. From data availability, project management to building integrated workflow of marketing teams - you’d have to ensure all marketing teams across the company works efficiently.
What you'll do:
- Support local Marketing team by managing all campaign, campaign timelines, project deliverables and resources.
- Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows, ensuring effective exchange of campaign information and asset deliverables.
- These include online and offline video, out of home, display, mobile and social creative assets.
- Oversee project management across a specific campaign to assure that we eliminate time sensitive bottlenecks and produce high-quality creative with appropriate velocity.
- Build self serving tools for local teams, report designing, creating alert systems
Oversee tools integration, marketing data collection
What you'll need:
- 3+ years professional experience in a quantitative field at a mobile or consumer web company
- BA/BS in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar is preferable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw inferences from abstract data patterns
- Familiarity with data visualization application (Tableau and/or other Business Intelligence tools)
- Experience working with relational databases and SQL, Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with developing, implementing processes & workflows across teams
- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment and to drive decisions with data
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Experience with digital marketing a plus
