Description
At KM.ON Asia you will…
- be a driving force for innovation and digitalization in the textile industry.
translate complex requirements into elegant solutions. Your solutions are characterized by being highly performant, accessible via the cloud, secure and user-friendly.
- design an architecture that is cloud-agnostic as well as able to challenge standard conventions.
- articulate your designs to all stakeholders including customers, Managing Directors, Business Developers, Product Owners, and the engineering teams.
- liaise business goals between the management and the wider team.
- collaborate directly with our Tech Lead, e.g. to ensure that all designs fit into the technology vision of the company.
- mentor engineers in the process of bringing your designs to fruition.

- are an experienced leader who has had success in driving the delivery of complex software systems using agile processes.
- have a deep understanding and knowledge of cloud-native solutions, data infrastructure, and web technologies.
- are able to create architectural diagrams and documentation and adapt them to a varied audience.
- have a solid track record of actively contributing to the career development of your colleagues.
- have the ability to communicate with customers directly and to deeply engage with them in finding solutions that are aligned with their business goals.
- have strong communication skills, patience, and the ability to make others strive for innovation.
- are able understand new markets, to identify digitalization needs, and to bring new innovations to these markets in a quick and iterative approach.
- can make yourself understood in English as well as Mandarin ideally.
