KaChick is an alumni of Cyberport Incubation Programme and had been admitted to Appworks (Taiwan based largest accelerator in South East Asia), Taiwan Startup Stadium, 2018 and 2019 Startup School Program by Y Combinator. Our clients and partners include Cathay Pacific, Asia Miles, Cyberport, Marriott, L'Oréal, CEO Magazine, and HKUST.

We believe in empowering our team members so you will get hands-on exposure from the full cycle of identifying and qualifying sales leads, pitching and retaining relationships with new and existing clients, to exploring collaborative partnerships.
A suitable candidate will be driven to be the bridge between our company and a book of clients. He/she will understand and communicate effectively the clients’ needs and deliver proposals and services to meet those unique requirements. He/she will also source new customers and drive the sales process from internal leads and qualify new prospects to deal closure.

Requirements
1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-serving roles
* Networking and negotiation skills
* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Able to convince and influence others effectively
* High energy level
* Proactive and extroverted personality
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment
* Passion for the startup world and an eagerness to connect with an international audience
* Photographer lover preferred
Responsibilities
* Assists the team to manage key accounts
* Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement amongst clients
* Manage end-to-end sales process
* Identify customer needs and identify business potential in order to create a strategic, long-term * partnership with customers
* Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement
Languages Required
* Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English
* Proficiency in Chinese preferred
* Proficiency in other language(s) advantageous
